This role presents an excellent opportunity for a talented individual in Financial Systems, particularly those experienced with SAP BPC or SAP Analytics Cloud, to become part of a vibrant and rapidly expanding organization engaged in a SAP Cloud implementation initiative.

In this capacity, you will oversee the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform, specifically SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), with a focus on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) within the Finance department. Collaborating closely with the Finance team, your primary responsibilities will include enhancing solutions and processes within SAP, emphasizing planning and various financial elements such as sales, cost of goods sold (COGS), and operational expenditures (Opex).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation and enhancement of SAC / S4 HANA solutions across diverse markets.
  • Plan and deliver project outcomes within established timelines.
  • Assist in the design, testing, and change management processes for SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Develop project documentation and training materials for users.
  • Oversee system tasks including data integrity assessments and configurations.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide user assistance.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to assess system security and process improvements.
  • Identify use cases and formulate test scripts.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Deliver progress reports to management.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines to avoid project delays.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FICO).
  • A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with S/4 HANA and SAC.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and data analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, or accounting sectors.
  • Involvement in an SAP implementation project.
