About the Role

Aerotek is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a cost-effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary parts and materials are available when needed.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that maintenance technicians have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in maintenance management, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and practices, including safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.
