Job Title: Auto Finance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Finance Specialist to join our team at Westlake Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting potential customers in navigating the prequalification process for auto loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding applicants through the online prequalification process to determine their eligibility for an auto loan.
  • Ensuring that the prequalification process is completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for applicants, dealership partners, and internal teams throughout the prequalification and car purchasing process.
  • Communicating effectively with customers to set clear expectations and provide guidance on the car buying journey.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination between all parties involved to finalize the purchase smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in sales or car dealership is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in using online platforms and software applications (word, outlook, web, etc.).

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Automotive, Finance, and Sales Experience; preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook); required.
  • Knowledge of Web Applications (Chrome, Internet Explorer); required.

Knowledge, Skills, Licenses:

  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Presentation skills (from initial creation to delivery).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of cold calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
  • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university, preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of work experience.

Compensation:

  • Base pay of $17.28 per hour plus potential bonus.
  • Guarantee bonus of $1,000.00 a month for the first three (3) months, unless you exceed the bonus guarantee, in which case you would receive the higher amount.
  • Our advisors are earning an average of $2,500 per month in bonuses. Top producers average $4,000+ per month in bonuses.
