Role Overview:
The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring robust customer relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism. This role also involves data entry and may require research skills to resolve customer issues. Strong communication skills and data entry proficiency are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person.
- Respond swiftly to customer inquiries.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Gather and assess all pertinent information to address product and service inquiries.
- Provide customers with pricing and delivery details.
- Conduct customer verifications.
- Establish new customer accounts.
- Process orders, forms, registrations, and requests.
- Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.
- Direct unresolved issues to the appropriate resources.
- Manage customer accounts efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Experience with children is beneficial but not mandatory if you possess the right attitude. Comprehensive training in our unique British Swim School methodology will be provided.
