Job Title: Client Care Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Client Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of healthcare services to injured workers. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of patient care, including case review, visit preparation, and communication with clinicians and patients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Partner with clinicians to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.
  • Assist with medical procedures, including lab draws and physicals, and provide support services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Center Operations Director to prepare for large groups of physicals and other events.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required; some college courses in Allied Health or related field preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar position, preferably in healthcare sales and/or Workers' Compensation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies.
