Job Title: Client Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Sunroad Automotive. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound service reservation calls, confirming service reservations, and performing outbound follow-up calls as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls to provide an exceptional client experience and schedule service reservations.
  • Master and follow all training materials, including inbound service call guides and strategic responses, to accurately answer guest questions.
  • Make outbound calls for due and overdue service clients, special order parts notifications, and scheduling calls.
  • Stay up-to-date with service specials, direct mail pieces, and recall notices from manufacturers.
  • Utilize the Blueprint KnowledgeDrive to search for answers to guest questions before transferring calls to service advisors.
  • Adhere to a set schedule, being punctual to work and breaks, and follow the Call Center Representative Policies and Procedures manual.
  • Complete the ServiceMastery certification training with a minimum score of 85%.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Experience with software for building and maintaining complex forecasting models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
