Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Property Manager in daily tasks

Compensation Structure:

Base pay ranges from $X-X per hour, with additional incentives based on performance. Regular performance evaluations will be conducted, with no guaranteed salary increases. Payroll is processed bi-weekly via direct deposit. A 401(k) plan is available after a specified period, with a company match of up to 4%. Paid time off begins to accrue after one year of employment, with sick leave accruing based on hours worked. Our holiday schedule includes major holidays, ensuring time off for our employees.
