Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at East Coast Real Estate Group, LLC. As a key member of our property management company, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, providing exceptional service to our residents and clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and installations of various systems and equipment
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with property managers, maintenance coordinators, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and investors, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, attending training sessions and workshops as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment usage
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment
