Job Summary

The Lead Cleaner III is a key member of our facilities team, responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of cleaners. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members
  • Relay communication between team members, clients, and management
  • Report performance issues to the Supervisor
  • Assist with the training of cleaning team
  • Coordinate work assignments and schedules
  • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned buildings
  • Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
  • Report work orders for maintenance
  • Ensure premises are secured at all times
  • Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew
  • Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Manager
  • Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
  • Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
  • Complete order forms completely and accurately
  • Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
