$50,000-$65,000 base salary with performance-based bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
As the exclusive dealer of Caterpillar equipment in the Northeast, Milton CAT stands as one of the largest Caterpillar dealerships globally, providing access to the most recognizable construction machinery.
We aim to nurture and develop the right candidate to enhance business growth (sales and rentals) with a focus on compact machinery (Mini Excavators, Skid Steers, Wheel Loaders, Dozers, etc.). This role involves daily travel, conducting meetings, prospecting job sites, engaging in meaningful business discussions, and successfully closing deals with valued clients and prospects.
Sales Territory:
We have multiple openings available and are currently seeking representatives for various territories.
Candidate Qualifications:
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic
Competitive mindset; driven to achieve success
Passion for and knowledge of heavy machinery (Skid Steers, Mini Excavators, Loaders, Multi-Terrain Loaders) is advantageous
Familiarity with compact equipment is a strong asset
Experience with general contractors, excavators, and landscapers is beneficial
Demonstrated leadership qualities (evidence of initiative)
2 to 10+ years of sales experience
Proficient questioning techniques that facilitate meaningful business discussions (Discovery/PAIN)
Willingness to embrace technology (cell phones, iPads, CRM systems, etc.)
Desire to learn and ability to apply new knowledge effectively
