About the Job:

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is a top freight brokerage firm seeking talented professionals to join its sales team. As a Transportation Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in growing TQL's business by establishing relationships with customers and carriers, negotiating prices, and managing daily shipments.

This role requires a high level of motivation, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. With comprehensive paid freight broker training and mentorship, you will have the tools and support needed to succeed in this dynamic environment.

Compensation includes a minimum salary of $40,000, with uncapped commission potential averaging $57,700 - $83,200 in years two and three. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing relationships with customers and carriers

Requirements include availability to work full-time, 100% in-office, determination to outwork anyone, and strong negotiation skills with professionalism to handle conflict.
