Business Development Representative

The role is responsible for being the voice of our company for thousands of potential business customers. You'll be up-to-date on T-Mobile's evolving technology and pricing plans, translating this into meaningful customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound sales calls from prospective and existing business customers, building rapport by probing for needs and recommending solutions.
- Accept orders, close sales, maintain customer records, and complete required documentation.
- Uncover opportunities greater than 20 units and set appointments for outside sales reps.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Required Skills and Qualifications:- High School Diploma/GED.
- Less than 2 years of sales experience with quota/in a commissioned environment.
- Telesales experience.
- Business sales experience.
- Proven sales track record.
- Customer service experience.
We offer a competitive base salary and an estimated total target cash pay range of $40,200 - $72,500, inclusive of target incentives. This includes a base pay range of $28,140 - $50,750.
