About the Role

Spartan Capital Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their team.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing timelines, and supporting team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track project progress from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met within defined timelines.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Act as the primary liaison between teams and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and project transparency.
  • Manage and monitor project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure optimal allocation and utilization.
  • Identify potential project risks and work proactively to mitigate issues by providing solutions and escalations as needed.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and follow-up actions are completed.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, such as scheduling, preparing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Track project milestones and keep relevant teams informed of progress and any changes in scope or objectives.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting more efficient workflows.
  • Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities within the project.
  • Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment, maintaining professionalism and adherence to company values.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning well within a team setting.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on identifying risks and implementing solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in project coordination or a similar role is advantageous.
