Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers regarding daily construction operations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of critical materials and equipment.
  • Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts or productivity claims from subcontractors.
  • Oversee work performance related to scheduling, logistics, quality assurance, and staffing levels.
  • Document field issues affecting budget, quality, or timelines, and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) as needed.
  • Coordinate efforts among various trades to ensure smooth project operations and resolve any local issues.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and insurance are obtained and maintained throughout the project duration.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and general conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents during installation.
  • Foster a culture of trust and respect among team members while promoting their professional development.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction.
  • Strong understanding of general and subcontract documents, drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
  • Experience in Residential or Multifamily stick frame construction is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with construction cost control and basic accounting practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong management and communication skills.
  • Completion of OSHA 30-hour training is required.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members through challenging assignments.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance are necessary.
