Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in evaluating and documenting the effects of proposed changes on operational processes, systems, and stakeholders.
  • Support the creation and execution of change management strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with project teams to guarantee effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the change journey.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and documentation related to change initiatives.
  • Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives, proactively identifying and addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of change management training and support materials.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to evaluate the success of change initiatives and suggest enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 0-2 years of experience in change management, business analysis, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process) is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
