Position Overview:

The Manager of Security Operations will oversee the cybersecurity initiatives for ImageTrend. This essential position will be responsible for the operational workflows and protocols that ensure our organization remains secure and compliant, thereby minimizing organizational risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ImageTrend's hosting and security frameworks.
  • Manage the processes and workflows to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of security assessments.
  • Collaborate with designated external agencies to conduct annual security risk evaluations and mitigation strategies.
  • Update and maintain security policies and procedures.
  • Investigate security incidents and cybersecurity threats.
  • Oversee penetration testing initiatives.
  • Monitor security scans and vulnerabilities to ensure effective risk mitigation.
  • Stay informed on the latest security trends and developments.
  • Provide reports to leadership as required.
  • Supervise efforts for additional security certifications.
  • Lead internal security training and education for staff to enhance ImageTrend's risk management posture.
  • Work remotely with minimal travel expected, which includes orientation, industry or company events, and other infrequent onsite meetings as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize plans and solutions and effectively communicate them to others.
  • Technologically adept with a commitment to continuous learning of new technologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, appreciation for critical timelines, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling proprietary and sensitive information.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration, and team orientation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
