    • Cost control, cost-benefit analysis, and the implementation of productivity improvements.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated good business judgment and a good understanding of economic principles affecting decisions related to transportation.
    • Capacity to use technology (TMS, ERP, Tableau, etc.) as a decision support tool.
    • Skilled in prioritizing workloads and stress management.
