Como Líder de Bar, tu pasión por la hospitalidad y tu habilidad para dirigir un equipo son esenciales. Te encargarás de crear un ambiente acogedor, asegurando que cada cliente disfrute de una experiencia memorable.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Desarrollar, preparar y servir las recetas de bebidas del establecimiento, garantizando la correcta preparación y servicio.
  • Capacitar al personal del bar y establecer expectativas claras de trabajo.
  • Dirigir y gestionar al equipo del bar, mientras tomas pedidos de comida y bebida, procesas pagos y mantienes el inventario de aperitivos.
  • Resolver rápidamente cualquier problema relacionado con el equipo y el mantenimiento del bar, colaborando con proveedores y gestionando recibos e facturas de manera eficiente.
  • Administrar los gastos, analizar variaciones, mantener inventarios precisos y gestionar los costos de alcohol.

Requisitos para el Éxito:

  • Ser mayor de 21 años con al menos 3 años de experiencia en bartending.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión y procedimientos de oficina, así como competencia en MS Office.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva con gerentes, empleados y clientes.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo días, noches, fines de semana y días festivos.
  • Capacidad para estar de pie y caminar moderadamente, con ocasionales movimientos de agacharse, arrodillarse, empujar, tirar o levantar.
