Position Title: Beverage Server (Cocktail)

Reports to: Beverage Manager/Lead Bartender
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
Position Summary:
The Beverage Server plays a vital role in delivering exceptional beverage service that aligns with our mission to elevate visitor experiences. This position is essential in promoting our culinary offerings and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the establishment's exhibitions, performances, and events.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety within bar and event areas.
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the organization’s mission and vision.
• Deliver consistent and high-quality service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Complete all assigned opening and closing tasks as required.
Additional Duties:
• Serve wine and beer, ensuring proper presentation and service.
• Prepare and maintain garnishes and bar supplies.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in all service areas.
• Provide accurate information regarding beverage options to guests.
• Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible service.
• Assist with table service as needed.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proven experience in customer service within a hospitality setting.
• Previous experience in serving alcoholic beverages is preferred.
Skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism with guests and colleagues.
Work Environment:
The role requires working in a dynamic environment with varying noise levels and demands. The position may involve working in multiple areas of the establishment, necessitating adaptability and organization.
