Reports to: Beverage Manager/Lead Bartender

Compensation Range: $15.00

Position Summary:

The Beverage Server plays a vital role in delivering exceptional beverage service, enhancing the overall visitor experience while contributing to the establishment's mission. This position requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a thorough understanding of beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the establishment's offerings and services.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in all service areas.
• Provide an atmosphere that aligns with the company's mission and vision.
• Deliver consistent and high-quality service to guests.
• Complete all assigned opening and closing duties as required.

Additional Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including wine and beer.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide accurate information regarding beverage selections to guests.
• Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible service.
• Assist with serving tables as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education and Experience:
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in a customer service role within a hospitality environment is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

This position requires working in a dynamic environment with a focus on high-quality service. The role may involve lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds and interacting with the public in a courteous manner.
