Position Title: Beverage Server (Cocktail)

Position Type: Part-Time

FLSA Classification: Non-exempt

Division: Operations

Department: Culinary

Reports to: Beverage Manager/Lead Bartender

Compensation Range: $15.00

Position Summary:

The Beverage Server plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by delivering exceptional beverage service. This position is integral to the operations of our culinary department, ensuring that guests enjoy a memorable and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverage offerings and services

• Ensure cleanliness and safety in service areas

• Provide an inviting atmosphere that aligns with the company’s mission

• Deliver consistent and high-quality service to all guests

• Complete all assigned opening and closing duties as required

Additional Duties:

• Serve a variety of beverages, including wine and beer

• Prepare garnishes and maintain a clean work area

• Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible service

• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

Education and Experience:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Capable of lifting and carrying heavy trays

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Physical Demands:

This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and maintain a professional demeanor in a busy environment.
