Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at First American Financial Corporation. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and retaining a quality commercial client base with large businesses, securing new orders from new customers, and maintaining and expanding business with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales orders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Valid driver's license
