TTI, Inc. is seeking a Head of Information Services Business Operations to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is based at our Corporate office and focuses on overseeing the administrative functions within the Information Services (IS) department.

The Head of IS Business Operations is tasked with managing the administration, documentation, and compliance of all IS contracts, acquisitions, and licenses. This position ensures that the IS department adheres to all established agreements and supports the development and upkeep of internal IS policies and procedures, leveraging ITIL best practices. Regular audits will be conducted to verify compliance with established protocols.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead or assist in the preparation, negotiation, review, and endorsement of IS contracts.
  • Oversee IS procurement processes, billing, and financial reconciliation.
  • Employ IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies to enhance, integrate, assess, and report on operational workflows and performance metrics.
  • Strategically cultivate and manage vendor partnerships to maximize value and standardization.
  • Supervise all software and hardware license renewals to ensure compliance.
  • Manage external software audits effectively.
  • Formulate and oversee policies and procedures for IS governance.
  • Ensure proper control and management of IS documentation.
  • Regularly lead initiatives to enhance administrative processes and procedures.
  • Maintain all procurement and contract-related documents in approved systems.
  • Assist in the annual budget preparation by providing financial estimates for ongoing maintenance and support commitments.
  • Inspire, lead, and manage teams to reach their full potential by setting achievable goals, offering necessary training, and providing consistent feedback aligned with the company's performance evaluation process.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for staff by assessing and measuring their performance and the quality of tasks completed throughout the year.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred; seven to ten years of relevant experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of five years of management experience is required.

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents for quality assurance.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

  • Proficient in setting and tracking goals.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity to operate a telephone and enter data into a computer system; ability to perceive and read a computer screen and printed materials with or without vision aids.
  • Ability to detect and comprehend speech at normal levels and on the telephone; converse in audible tones for clear communication in person and on the phone; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
