Position Overview

As a prominent Business Consulting and Management Firm, we are looking for a Business Management professional who will drive profitability by collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to understand consumer needs and develop comprehensive campaign reports that inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a background in hospitality, sales, or customer service, as these skills are highly transferable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with various departments to gain insights into sales, customer service, client engagement, and brand promotion.
  • Interact directly with clients on a daily basis to ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the local market while nurturing existing customer relationships to enhance retention.
  • Evaluate campaign strategies and propose innovative methods, processes, or organizational adjustments to elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Marketing and Sales Managers by offering leadership, training, and coaching to the marketing team.
  • Coordinate with senior management to ensure that marketing and sales reports align with company and client revenue objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
  • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment as well as other settings.

Our Business Management Trainees Will Acquire Skills In:

  • Techniques for training and mentoring entry-level and assistant management personnel.
  • Confidence in public speaking and presentation abilities.
  • Insights into sales and marketing strategies.
  • Team-building skills to collaborate with company leaders in addressing operational and organizational challenges.
