We are currently looking for a motivated Asset Management Associate to become an integral part of our team. This role will serve as the primary liaison for the daily operations of photovoltaic (PV) power plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of Operation and Maintenance (O&M), financing agreements, equity arrangements, security contracts, and other project-related agreements.
  • Compile and prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports based on operational data and insights from O&M and service providers for stakeholders.
  • Conduct budget forecasts and actual performance analyses, including Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) calculations and distribution assessments.
  • Facilitate approval requests from investors and lenders for any unexpected maintenance activities.
  • Manage warranty and insurance claims pertinent to the projects.
  • Engage with utility companies, regulatory bodies, local authorities, community members, and landowners.
  • Ensure compliance with permits and legal obligations throughout the operational phase of the plants.
  • Analyze strategies to enhance production efficiency and optimize power plant performance.
  • Interpret and evaluate engineering reports and Energy Yield Analysis related to the projects.
  • Coordinate with accounting firms, auditors, property managers, and other relevant parties.
  • Assist senior management and team members with various reporting requests as needed.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in asset management within real estate funds or renewable energy firms, or equivalent experience in project financing at financial institutions.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and commitment to the company's mission.
  • Exhibit teamwork skills and effectively collaborate with colleagues across different departments, including construction and engineering.
  • Show a keen interest in the solar sector and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or engineering background is advantageous.
