Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Prisma Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction and leadership to our nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical direction and guidance to nursing staff, promoting evidence-based practices and research in patient care.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care, ensuring seamless coordination with the healthcare team.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of care, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to enhance patient care.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse (or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program)
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
Work Environment:

This role will be based in a dynamic and fast-paced acute inpatient setting, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our patients and staff.
