About the RoleAs a Regional Manager at Heaven Hill Brands, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of strategic initiatives in the Georgia and South Carolina markets. This involves managing distributors to ensure adherence to brand policies, meeting company objectives, and implementing promotional activities. You will also be responsible for market depletions, pricing, NSV, and programming of brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the distilled spirits industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple distributorships and states.

  • Develop and implement local merchandising programs to drive sales growth
  • Manage distributor relationships to ensure effective execution of brand strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze data to inform marketing and sales decisions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including paid vacation, 11 paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, 401K match, EAP, maternity/paternity leave, and more.
