We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading our customer service operations in the region, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Job Description
This role involves managing a team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing customer service strategies, and analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer service strategies that align with our company's overall goals and objectives
- Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting their performance targets
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 8 years of progressive customer service experience, including 5+ years of management experience in an operational environment
- Proven track record of driving business results and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to drive business decisions

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $135,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for annual bonus compensation, health benefits, wellness benefits, and retirement savings.
