Regional Sales Director

Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Co. is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our dealers and sales teams to provide hands-on support and training.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of in-home sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel extensively, with a valid driver's license.
