Hospice Service Management Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Executive Director/Administrator and other members of the leadership team to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:- Directing Clinical Services: Oversee the maintenance of patient clinical records, statistics, reports, and records for purposes of evaluation and reporting of organization activities.
- Mentoring and Developing Staff: Assist Clinical Supervisors to develop skills and techniques in evaluating the performance of clinicians.
- Ensuring Compliance: Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- 5+ years of management experience in Hospice care
- Registered nurse in the State with current licensure to practice professional nursing
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel
