Key Responsibilities:
The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as the primary HR contact for hourly employees at our manufacturing facility. Your role will include:
- Providing coaching and guidance to employees and management on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Promoting employee engagement and driving continuous improvement in HR policies.
- Overseeing the implementation of HR initiatives and managing project teams from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is documented.
- Administering the medical accommodation process and Affirmative Action Plans in compliance with applicable laws.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, collaborating with safety, quality, and operational teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist or Employee Relations roles within a manufacturing environment, including investigations, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Proven experience in HR operations, particularly in employee relations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or Kronos.
- Ability to design, implement, and evaluate organizational interventions, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (v-look up experience required).

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $84,000 and $126,000, taking into account various factors such as skills, experience, and organizational needs.

Bonus and Incentives:
This position is eligible for bonuses and long-term incentives.
