Currently, we are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to play a crucial role in connecting CE's operations with corporate HR functions, ensuring a remarkable employee experience that aligns with our corporate goals. The HR Generalist will undertake various human resources responsibilities at a professional level, which may encompass areas such as employee relations, compliance with employment laws, and talent acquisition. This position is recognized as a strategic collaborator and change facilitator within the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate in nurturing our employees to achieve excellence and personal growth, adhering to our people-centric leadership principles and CE Aspirations.
    • Demonstrate and advocate for our core values in all endeavors (Commitment to quality, integrity, passion for excellence, innovation, customer care).
    • Manage operations in accordance with HME and CE's corporate culture, standard procedures, performance goals, and relevant laws.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Assist in addressing employee relations matters, including performance improvement plans and corrective actions, while providing recommendations to HR management.
    • Oversee and document all employee disciplinary actions.
    • Conduct exit interviews and manage exit meetings for departing employees.
  • HR Support and Initiatives:
    • Support HR projects and company events as necessary.
    • Assist senior management in developing solutions through an organizational development lens.
    • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations.
    • Contribute to the talent and development strategy for the organization.
    • Provide insights on workforce planning, succession planning, and the development of top talent.
    • Assist the Training department in preparing and executing various employee training programs.
    • Support the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
    • Collaborate with Training, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure comprehensive support for CE.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of general HR experience.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and EEO/AA regulations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information tailored to the audience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with UKG is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on effective communication and listening skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Professional demeanor, exercising sound judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to maintain comprehensive and detailed records.
