Project Manager

The client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support the Project Management Office (PMO) in facilitating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the PASS Cloud project. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Agile Scrum project management methodology and lead the testing task within enterprise-level system integration projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project schedules, create and maintain project documents, and coordinate submissions of workstream weekly status reports.
- Analyze complex project-related schedules and create innovative Microsoft Project schedules considering functional workstreams, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
- Assist or take responsibility for analysis, planning, and management activities related to project scope and objectives, including overseeing the RAID process, change management process, and communications process.
- Prepare long and short-range plans that include resource alignments, coordination of acquisitions, training, communications, transformation management, change management, user acceptance testing, and go-live preparations.
- Provide quality oversight for all project documents and maintain all project artifacts, keeping them organized for project team access using Microsoft Teams folders.
- Proven working experience with large complex IT projects.
- Proven working experience with Agile Scrum project management methodology, including experience with sprints, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Good leadership and decision-making skills.
- Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and get along with different personality types.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Proven flexibility and adaptability, while staying organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
- Expert knowledge of office programs and project management software.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience; or a current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Agile/SCRUM experience: 3+ years.
- Demonstrated experience leading the Testing task within enterprise-level system integration projects, including presenting status reports to executive leadership: 10+ years.
- Demonstrated ability managing multiple technical team leads with testing enterprise applications with multiple integration points: 10+ years.
- Demonstrated experience leading the User Acceptance Testing task for enterprise projects and assisting non-technical Business SMEs: 10+ years.
- BA experience: 16+ years.
- Software Development Lifecycle experience: 16+ years.
- Requirements gathering and documentation: 16+ years.
- MS Office/PowerPoint experience: 16+ years.
