Responsibilities:
  • Conduct zoning reviews and site investigations to determine land development limitations
  • Prepare concept drawings and civil engineering designs for site/land development projects
  • Coordinate with ownership, attorneys, and other stakeholders to prepare comprehensive site plans and applications
  • Provide construction phase services, including review of shop drawings and submittals
  • Prepare written correspondence and technical reports
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5 years of commercial and residential site design and permitting experience
  • Professional Engineer License
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and drainage software
