Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of land development projects, including zoning reviews, site investigations, and stormwater management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and development projects meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement design solutions that balance client needs with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site investigations and zoning reviews to determine land development limitations.
  • Design and develop stormwater management systems, including pipe sizing calculations and hydraulic grade line evaluation.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and written correspondence to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in land development design and permitting.
  • Strong knowledge of zoning regulations and land development processes.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Knowledge of stormwater management design regulations.
