Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CADD Designer/Operator-Civil-Land Development to join our team at Edgewood Properties. The successful candidate will work on a variety of civil engineering and land development projects, utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D and other software tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting of commercial and residential site plans, including geometry plan layouts, utility plans, grading and drainage plans, roadway plans, and sketches.
  • Collaboration with Department Managers and Project Engineers to understand project scope, schedule, budget, and instructions.
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, including layer management, viewport management, drawing scales, and plotting.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and maintain attention to detail while meeting deadlines.

Requirements
  • Associates degree or technical school certificate in Computer Aided Drafting/Design.
  • Two plus years of CADD experience in civil engineering, land development, or related projects.
