Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Serenity Healthcare. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experience, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our patients and staff.
About the Role
- Provide top-notch customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and verify patient information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop strong relationships with patients, remembering their names, interests, and stories to create a personalized experience.
- Rotate through various office tasks, including answering phones, managing schedules, and performing administrative duties.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry.

Work Environment
