Role and Responsibilities:

  • The Program Manager will oversee and support the operational scope, technical framework, and resource management associated with the implementation of the newly procured solution.
  • Collaborate with outgoing and incoming service vendors to deliver a fully integrated SaaS solution featuring a web-based interface, designed to utilize a comprehensive database for accurate reporting at all levels.
  • Ensure the system accommodates multiple concurrent users statewide.
  • Maintain essential data including call information, consumer data, assessment and eligibility data, service delivery metrics, and Ombudsman information to comply with federal reporting requirements.
  • This role involves the re-procurement of an information management system for Aging and Disability services, ensuring effective maintenance and reporting of critical data.
