Transportation Operations Coordinator

About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team at Addiction Recovery Care, LLC (ARC). As a Transportation Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing safe and timely transportation to our clients, supporting their recovery journey.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations, ensuring the smooth transportation of clients to treatment facilities.
- Responsible for the safe and timely transportation of clients, supplies, reports, equipment, and materials to their designated destinations.
- Ensure all necessary equipment, such as route logs, cell phones, and keys, is in working order before commencing the route.
- Follow scheduled routes while allowing for potential stops and various pickups, prioritizing client safety and well-being.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all relevant laws and best-practice safety procedures.
- Document all transportation activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping.
- Communicate any equipment issues or concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team's efforts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to travel to and from ARC centers and other locations, operating a motor vehicle for a significant portion of the workday.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good problem-solving abilities and basic computer skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and a passion for supporting individuals in recovery.
- Possession of a clean driving record and relevant State and Federal clearances.
