Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role.
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staff.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as Focus, MicroSale, and OpenDining, as well as Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Acute financial management skills, with the ability to control costs and optimize efficiency.
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Culinary Schooling is desirable, but not required, and can be substituted with 3+ years of experience.
