Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at CPG Stevensville Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare delivery system, you will play a vital role in assisting physicians with patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Greet and escort patients to exam rooms, take vitals, height, weight, and histories, and update medication and develop patient education materials.
  • Preparation and Administration: Prepare patient equipment and medication prescriptions for physicians, phone in prescription refills with physician approval, and administer vaccinations.
  • Charting and Communication: Chart patient information, prepare informed consent forms, and call physician orders to other healthcare providers.
  • Supply Management: Order clinical supplies and maintain exam rooms.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Filling in for the scribe function and occasionally checking in patients and answering phone calls.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the State of Montana as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Healthcare provider BLS certification within three months of hire.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, typing, and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Recent experience and/or previous nursing practice and current Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
  • Experience with Nextgen is helpful.
