Position Overview:
This is a full-time day shift position for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at CPG FirstCare North. The LPN plays a crucial role in the nursing process, which includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care from the moment of admission through to discharge or transfer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert care and education to patients within the clinical environment.
- Serve as a patient advocate, mentor, and positive role model for assistive personnel.
- Demonstrate proficiency in clinical nursing procedures, disease management, interventions, and pharmacological knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensing as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Montana.
- A minimum of one (1) year of acute care nursing experience is necessary.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire, with Healthcare Provider BLS to be obtained within three months of hire.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, along with computer proficiency.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification to be completed within six months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Recent experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire are advantageous.

On-Call and Weekend Requirements:
- Availability for weekend shifts is necessary.
