Position: Senior Dietitian - Clinical Nutrition Services

Department: Clinical Nutrition

Overview:
The Senior Dietitian plays a crucial role in overseeing and guiding the Food and Nutrition department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare through the provision of nutritionally balanced and appealing meals for patients. This position requires collaboration with food service personnel to meet the dietary needs of individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct and supervise the activities of the Food and Nutrition team.
2. Collaborate with culinary staff to create meal plans that meet the nutritional requirements of patients.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service.
4. Provide expert nutritional guidance and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics or a related field.
- Master's Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics or a related field (e.g., sports nutrition, exercise physiology, education).
- Montana Nutritionist License within six months of hire.
- National CDR Registered Dietitian certification upon hire.

Preferred:
- Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialty certification upon hire.
- Experience in an acute care setting.
