Influencer Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team at TechStyle, Inc. This role will be responsible for supporting the portfolio of JustFab footwear brands on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage monthly organic influencer campaigns, ensuring posts are on-time and comply with legal guidelines
  • Source influencers weekly
  • Manage daily communications with 600+ influencers
  • Utilize external and internal influencer tools to manage campaigns and scale micro-influencers on a monthly basis
  • Research different avenues to attain new influencers
  • Weekly/monthly influencer recaps and KPI reporting
  • Share content with cross-functional teams for repurposing on social, paid media, and CRM
  • Place orders for PR and influencer marketing gifting
  • Research digital influencers/consumer advocates who love the brand or who would be a brand fit
  • Assist manager in keeping marketing calendar up to date with PR and influencer posting and campaign dates
  • Stay on the cutting-edge of digital/social trends, including monitoring competitors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in influencer marketing/social media
  • Creative and flexible
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends (Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
