Mental Health Therapist

Central Clinic Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments of adult and child clients to identify treatment needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with mental health and community providers to ensure seamless care coordination and develop treatment recommendations that meet client needs.
- Provide short-term crisis intervention as needed, utilizing your expertise to de-escalate situations and promote client well-being.
- Conduct assessments in various settings, including office, off-site, forensic locations, and inpatient hospitals.
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related mental health field.
- Current Ohio licensure as a mental health professional.
- Strong knowledge of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact sensitively with diverse populations.
- Ability to make sound clinical decisions independently, ensuring timely access to services for clients.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
