Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, individualized instruction to clients and small groups
- Administer one-to-one behavior intervention and support strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify best practices for clients
- Maintain accurate, data-based documentation of client progress
- Communicate effectively with administration, families, and community partners
- Participate in client placement discussions and assessments
- Contribute to program development and implementation
- Trained in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Experience in mental health services and therapeutic settings
- Understanding of equitable and culturally responsive practices
- Licensed as a Professional Counselor, Social Worker, or Therapist
