We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at Centstone. As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing psychotherapeutic services to individuals and families, conducting psychosocial assessments, and developing treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Apply evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to deliver services to individuals and families.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify treatment needs and develop initial discharge plans.
- Lead group therapy sessions and provide individual and family therapy as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate services and coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services provided to each patient.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Social Worker, Counselor, or Therapist in the State of Ohio.
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
- CPI Certification preferred.
- 1-2 years of recent experience as a Behavioral Health Therapist, with a focus on individual and group counseling, psychosocial assessments, and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
