We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Multilingual Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Trak Group. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, culturally competent care to children and adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Compassionate Care: Offer evidence-based outpatient mental health therapy to clients, prioritizing their emotional well-being and safety.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with mental health staff to ensure seamless delivery of care, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance client outcomes.
  • Conduct Diagnostic Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.
  • Lead Therapy Groups: Facilitate psychosocial skills and therapy groups, fostering a supportive environment for clients to share experiences and learn from one another.
  • Ensure Timely Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in our electronic health record system, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Participate in Team Meetings: Engage in regular team meetings, clinical supervision, and case consultations to stay informed about best practices and client progress.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Possess LSW or LPC licensure in good standing, with LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure preferred.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Education: Hold a degree in counseling or social work.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in electronic medical records (EMRs) and possess strong communication skills, with a collaborative spirit.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards at all times.
  • Experience: Possess experience in community behavioral health, with training or certification in evidence-based treatment modalities preferred.
