We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at PeopleReady. As a Warranty Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our Warranty Manager, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient warranty service calls.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and forward homeowner requests for service or general inquiries to the Customer Service Manager for review and response.
- Prepare various documents and consolidate items in preparation for scheduled walk-through dates.
- Support the scheduling of warranty service calls with homeowners under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager.
- Prepare weekly summary reports of warranty items using our database system and distribute them after review and approval by the Customer Service Manager.
- Provide additional support to other administrative areas as required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an office setting.
- Self-starter with a great work ethic and ability to collaborate in a group setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company systems.
