Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

About the Role:
The Administrative Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the Department Head and faculty members at Lincoln University. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage departmental calendars and coordinate meetings
- Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as needed
- Provide customer service to faculty, staff, and students
- Assist with budget management and reconciliation
- Order supplies, maintain records, and perform general bookkeeping tasks

Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
